PANCACKES:
With the All Purpose baking mix recipe:
Ingredients:
2 C Baking Mix
1 C Milk
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
Mix all ingredient together until just blended. Do not overmix. Cook as usual!
**For fluffier pancackes add 1/3 c egg whites beaten until stiff or fluffly, fold into batter. Cook as usual.
